Napa-based producer eyes new winery for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir

One of Napa Valley's leading wineries, Joseph Phelps Vineyards, is expanding into Sonoma County, with plans for a new winery and possibly a new brand of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The winery would be located in the rural community of Freestone, Calif.
