Good Wine, Bad Glass
A while back, spurred on by a discussion in Wine Spectator Online's forums, I wrote a Web site column in which I scolded restaurants for neglecting to provide high quality stemware. Even a relatively inexpensive bottle of wine, I argued, deserves a decent glass.
