Premier Cru Status Awarded to Several Vineyards in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune

Several vineyard sites in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune have gotten a pick-me-up from the French government. For the first time in five years, some vineyards in the region have been elevated from village status to the premier cru designation.
