U.S. Sees 64 Percent Jump in Production in Midst of Global Growth

World wine production increased more than 17 percent from 1994 to 2000, reaching about 3 billion cases, according to a study released by the organizers of Vinexpo Americas, a new international wine-and-spirits exhibition coming to New York this October.
