Bordeaux has an image problem. I had dinner in London recently with friends in the wine trade and the restaurant business, and I was struck by their lack of interest in Bordeaux. It's a growing trend that I have noticed in other international cities, from New York and Los Angeles to Hong Kong and Singapore.
