Collectors can spend $200 for a bottle of the latest vintage of a rare Australian Shiraz, such as Penfolds Grange and Henschke Hill of Grace, both magnificent wines that age for decades. Yet there are plenty of lesser-known Shirazes that offer similar characteristics (though without as much power) at a fraction of the cost.
