Top Bordeaux Chef Ousted by Partner
Not long ago, Jean-Marie Amat was Bordeaux's premier restaurateur and hotelier. But in late February, he was forced to leave Le St.-James, the Michelin one-star restaurant and Relais & Châteaux hotel that he had founded in Bouliac.
