Australia's big red tops the charts in quality and price
Though few Americans have begun collecting Australian wine seriously, Australians have been keeping great vintages in their cellars for decades. Tasting wines from the 1960s and 1970s on visits to Australia, I have consistently been impressed by the way they retain freshness and develop beautiful additional flavors.
