Burgundians Crack Down on Mediocre Wines
Hoping to reduce the number of bad Burgundies sold to consumers, leading Burgundy trade organizations are cracking down on inferior winemakers. They plan to pressure poor-quality producers to improve or else risk losing their Burgundy AOC status.
