Harry Gill offers the stars of his private collection to his friends and guests
Harry Gill is a wine collector by default. In 1991, he bought The Arches, an old bankrupt wine bar in the north of London. The previous owners, perhaps, knew more about wine than running a business. Gill knew nothing about wine and was only interested in investments.
