The Fight for the Soul of Wine

Whether we humans have a soul I'll leave to theologians, but I have no doubt about wine: It has a soul. I'm not talking about the everyday stuff, which, admittedly, is pretty soulless. Fine wine, the sort that gets us dreaming, surely has a soul.
