Wine Auction Under the Big Tent Raises Money for St. Helena School

Issue: December 15, 2001

The St. Helena Catholic School Encore Wine Auction, part of The Big Grape Circus held at Charles Krug Winery, raised almost $170,000 for the St. Helena Catholic School. The top wine-lot featured a 6-liter etched bottle of Barbour Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 1998, signed by winemaker Heidi Peterson Barrett and sold for $3,500.
