Croft and Delaforce, two well-known producers of Port and Sherry, have been sold in a joint deal to the Taylor Fonseca group and respected Sherry firm Gonzalez Byass for about $73 million. In September, Taylor Fonseca, which makes Taylor Fladgate and Fonseca Ports, took over the Delaforce brand, the rights to market Croft Ports worldwide, and the firms' assets in Portugal.
