Vincent Galluccio, owner of Gristina Winery/Galluccio Estate Vineyard on Long Island's North Fork, has gone blue chip, hiring renowned Bordeaux enologist Michel Rolland as a consultant. Rolland, who owns Château Le Bon-Pasteur, has garnered a long list of clients, including Harlan Estate in California, with his signature lush, full-bodied reds.
