Southcorp and Mondavi Finalize Aussie-U.S. Venture

Two luxury wines based on Syrah will be the flagship products of a new joint venture between Australia's Southcorp Wines—producer of Penfolds and Lindemans—and Robert Mondavi Winery in California. The unnamed, limited-production wines, priced at $75 a bottle, are due for release in 2003.
