End-of-Season Sales Produce Atypically Energetic Bidding
End-of-season wine auctions (as the final July sales in the United Kingdom are known) tend to be rather sedate affairs, offering buyers a chance to pick up wines for summer sipping, along with, perhaps, a smattering of classic clarets and Burgundies.
