Each bench along the seawall walkway bordering English Bay in Vancouver carries a brass dedication plaque. On a beautiful spring afternoon, half of Vancouver seems to be walking, jogging, bicycling or skating past too quickly to notice one bench with an inscription that reads, "Everywhere I look, my eye falls on beauty.
