Given his long association with wine, what else could Gary Danko do but install a serious wine cellar when he opened his eponymous restaurant in San Francisco two years ago? After all, the former in-house chef at Beringer Vineyards in Napa Valley made his first impact on his own at the restaurant at Chateau Souverain in Sonoma County.
