
May 15th, 2001 Grapevine Argentina's Nicolas Catena, who runs Bodegas Esmeralda and Catena Wines, has opened his new Catena Zapata winery, in the Mendoza region. With an ancient Mayan-style design, the winery has a 180,000-case capacity, but can also accommodate small batches.
