November 15th, 2000 Appeals Court Backs Indiana's Ban on Home-Delivery of Wine Wine lovers move ahead with lawsuits in five other states. In a setback for wine collectors, an appeals court upheld a 1998 Indiana law that bans out-of-state wineries and retailers from shipping alcoholic beverages directly to consumers in the state.
