November 30th, 1999 Burgundy Giant Boisset Hires Hot Winemaker to Improve Its Estate Boisset, one of the largest wine companies in France and the largest in Burgundy, has hired winemaker Pascal Marchand, formerly of Domaine Comte Armand, to improve the quality of Boisset's estate wines from Burgundy's Côte d'Or.
