May 15, 1999 Key Senator Supports States in Crackdown on Home Delivery of Wine Under a new bill introduced on March 10 by Senator Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, any state that bans home delivery of alcohol to consumers would have the power of the federal courts to enforce its laws.
