November 15, 1998 Food Arts Celebrates 10th Birthday The Grand Ballroom of New York's Plaza Hotel turned into America's "Culinary Hall of Fame" on Sept. 16, as over 400 people, including many of the country's leading chefs and restaurateurs, gathered to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Food Arts magazine and applaud Julia Child, who was voted "Honoree of the Decade" by the magazine's Silver Spoon Award holders.
