
October 15, 1998 Grapevine One of Burgundy's best chefs has just opened a moderately priced bistro in Paris. Bernard Loiseau , of the Michelin three-star La Côte d'Or in Saulieu, is the owner of Tante Louise at 41 rue Boissy-d'Anglais, near the place de la Concorde.
