September 15, 1998 New Hampshire Direct Wine Shipment Law Expands Choice While other states have begun to crack down on mail-order wine, New Hampshire recently implemented a new law that allows residents an increased range of choices of wine, beer and spirits from out-of-state wineries and liquor stores.
