July 31, 1998 Grapevine Alsace-born chef Jean Joho has opened his second Brasserie Jo, this time in Boston's Colonnade Hotel. Joho, co-owner of Everest and Brasserie Jo in Chicago, presides over a spacious, inviting 190-seat restaurant that is well situated in Boston's hip Back Bay neighborhood, at 120 Huntington Ave.
