June 15, 1998 Château Pavie, Leading St.-Emilion Estate, Sold for $30.8 Million One of the most famed estates in the St.-Emilion district of Bordeaux has changed hands. Gerard and Chantal Perse, the owners of Château Pavie-Decesse and Château Monbousquet, recently bought Château Pavie, a premier grand cru classé , for an estimated $30.
