May 15, 1998 New Sangiovese-Based Wine Released by Mondavi-Frescobaldi Joint Venture Lucente, the second wine of the joint venture between the Mondavi family of California's Napa Valley and the Frescobaldi family of Tuscany, Italy, was unveiled recently in New York, and it's a close second in quality to its big brother.
