How to Start a Wine Collection
To have wine to drink when it's mature, you have to buy it when it's available and affordable
George Weston of Great Falls, Va., has been collecting wine since 1991. So far he has accumulated a cellar of about 1,500 bottles. He started buying wines for about $20 a bottle until he learned enough about his own taste to feel confident buying more expensive wines.
