January 31, 1998 Grapevine Alain Ducasse , the renowned French chef, has created a new Champagne label--Paul Drouet. The wine is already being sold at his two restaurants, the eponymous Alain Ducasse in Paris and Louis XV in Monte Carlo, and it will soon go into worldwide distribution.
