October 15, 1997 A Vintage Affaire to Remember Raises Funds for Visually Impaired The 15th Annual Vintage Affaire Wine Auction had its best year ever, raising $300,000 in live and silent auction proceeds, and another $46,500 from a pre-auction tasting, to benefit the Peninsula Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, located in Palo Alto, Calif.
