September 30, 1997 Sonoma County Re-creates Rome To Raise Funds Billed as Bacchus' First Symphony, the 17th Annual Sonoma County Showcase and Wine Auction raised $600,000 from tickets, sponsorships and proceeds during a weeklong series of dinners and auctions for charity that began July 20.
