September 15, 1997 Pavie-Decesse, St.-Emilion Estate, Sold to Monbousquet Owner Château Pavie-Decesse, a grand cru classé wine estate in Bordeaux's St.-Emilion district, was sold in July to Gerard Perse, owner of Château Monbousquet, for an estimated $4 million.
