March 31, 1997 The Good Old Days Are Just Fine at Sonoma's Martini & Prati Winery Time stops for no one, but it has slowed quite a bit at Sonoma County's Martini & Prati winery. "When people come here, they get a feeling of how winemaking used to be," said operations manager Tom Martini, 48, who represents the fourth generation of his family at the winery.
