March 31, 1997 Mouton-Rothschild and Concha y Toro Form Joint Venture to Make a Chilean Wine Château Mouton-Rothschild of Bordeaux and Concha y Toro of Chile have announced a joint venture to produce a Cabernet Sauvignon-based, Bordeaux-style red wine in a new winery to be built in Chile's Maipo Valley.
