
February 28, 1997 Grapevine * Pierre Gagnaire , who last year closed his Michelin three-star in St.-Etienne, France, due to bankruptcy, has recently become chef of a 35-seat restaurant carrying his name in Paris, at 6 rue de Balzac, just off the Champs-Elysées.
