December 31, 1996 Château Citran Sold to Bordeaux Company for $10 Million Château Citran, a popular Haut-Médoc red wine estate, was sold in October to Bernard Taillan Vins, a well-known wine company in Bordeaux which also owns Château Chasse-Spleen, Haut-Bages-Libéral and La Gurgue, among others.
