September 30, 1996 Grapevine * Wolfgang Puck is once again expanding his culinary empire. In mid-November, a mega-Spago will open in Chicago, at 520 N. Dearborn St. Partner Tom Kaplan says the menu will have all of Puck's signature dishes plus some cold-weather dishes to match the climate.
