
June 30, 1996 Grapevine Four rich, ripe California-style wines have just been released--from Provence. They come from Château Routas, owned by Swiss-Canadian businessman Philippe Bieler. Cocqelicot Reserve 1995 ($15) is a Viognier-Chardonnay blend; Mistral Reserve 1993 ($20), a Syrah-Cabernet Sauvignon blend; Agrippa Reserve 1992 ($18), 100 percent Cabernet; and Cyrano Reserve 1994 ($18), 100 percent Syrah.
