June 15, 1996 Napa Offers Live Internet Bidding The 16th annual Napa Valley Wine Auction will be heading into cyberspace June 6 to 8. New this year to the country's largest charity wine auction is an experimental live Internet site--according to the organizers it's the first of its kind anywhere--which will allow people to bid by computer from their home.
