May 15, 1996 Grapevine New York's famed Le Cirque restaurant will open late this fall at its new home in the New York Palace Hotel, at 455 Madison Ave. Adam Tihany is overseeing the interior design. "We know our guests will feel the life, excitement and fun of our new surroundings as we create Le Cirque 2000," said owner Sirio Maccioni.
