September 30, 1995 Loire Winemaker Sinks His Pouilly-Fumé off the Coast of Brittany Winemaker and merchant Guy Saget, the Neptune of Loire Valley, has once again watered his wines. Recently he submerged 10,000 bottles of his 1994 Pouilly-Fumé in a 75-foot-deep oceanic wine cellar off the Brittany coast.
