July 31, 1995 Caymus Skips the '93 Special Selection Cabernet Caymus Vineyards Special Selection Cabernet, which sold for $100 a bottle in the 1991 vintage, won't be produced in 1993, marking the first time since 1977 that this highly regarded Napa Valley winery won't be bottling a reserve-style wine from its Rutherford estate vineyard.
