
In Favor of Traditional German Wines Thank goodness we may be finally seeing the beginning of the end of premium German wine producers trying to push their dry wines on us. Although there are a few exceptions, "trocken" wines are of very little interest except to the hard-core German wine fanatics or the Germans themselves.
