
Grapevine * Italy's Angelo Gaja, the Piedmont vintner from Barbaresco, has launched three new wines with the 1991 vintage now coming on the market. They are: vino da tavola Gaja Sito Moresco ($33), a barrique-aged Nebbiolo blended with 10 percent Merlot and 5 percent Barbera; Gaja Sitorey, a 100 percent Barbera, which replaces the separate Vignarey and Barbera d'Alba; and Cremes, a Dolcetto with limited availability in the United States.
