Spelling It All Out By Jancis Robinson Does anyone out there like Champagne? And I mean the stuff with an address in Rheims or Epernay on the label. And aren't you interested in what goes into the bottle? I am, which is why I wrote a plaintive column in this magazine some years ago suggesting that Champagne drinkers deserved a bit more information about what went into the blend and when it was made.
