Argentina usually benefits from warm, dry weather in the growing season, but the last three vintages widely available—2014, 2015 and 2016—have offered anything but an easy time. However, savvy vintners were able to make refined red blends instead of relying on the more favored Malbec. Wine Spectator's Kim Marcus explains.
