Burgundy Prices See Rapid Rise

Burgundy lovers can be forgiven these days for indulging in the clichéd refrain, "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times." The French region is producing better Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, at all levels, than ever before. At the same time, prices have never been higher. Wine Spectator's Mitch Frank reports.
