In what appears to be a sign of economic recovery, charity wine auctions continued to increase their revenues in 2013. The year's 10 top-grossing events raised a total of $28,027,698 in live sales—representing a 6.5 percent increase over 2012, and inching closer to the pre-recession salad days of 2007.
