British singer-songwriter James Blunt has lived and toured all over the world. After serving with the British army in Canada, Kosovo and London until 2002, he made the trans-Atlantic voyage to Los Angeles to pursue a recording career. In 2004, his debut album, Back to Bedlam, earned him a spot on tour with Elton John, and his chart-topping hit, “You’re Beautiful,” was nominated for three Grammy awards. These days, he has a new place to call home: the Spanish island of Ibiza. Blunt chatted with Wine Spectator's Lizzie Munro about how he’s embraced the Mediterranean lifestyle, along with its food and wine.
